Maremma: An exceptional terroir

The extra virgin olive oil ‘Porcareccia’ 2024 is characterised by an intense medium green fruitiness. Fresh herbaceous oil, scent of green tomato. Strong taste of artichoke and thistle. The finish is long and clean, with a pleasant hint of spiciness.

Farm location: Sterpeti, Municipality of Magliano in Toscana (GR)
Varieties: 30% Frantoio, 30% Moraiolo, 30% Leccino, 10% Pendolino
Altitude: 150 – 200 m.
Harvest: From the onset of ripening, we harvest our olives through a combination of hand and mechanical techniques, from late October to late November
Crushing: Within 12 hours of harvesting
Storage: In stainless steel drums at 15-18°C
Acidity: <0.10%
Polyphenols: >650 mg/Kg
Peroxides: <5 meq O2/Kg
Storage: Store in a cool, dark place at 12-19°C and 70-80% humidity
Recommended use: Within 18 months from bottling date
Packaging: Dark glass bottle with screw cap and anti-rabble cap, and metal cans
Sizes: 750 – 500 ml / 5 – 3 l
Production: 30 – 40 Hl
Serving suggestions: Crudités, first courses, soups, grilled meats, and vegetables
